Please do not move furniture. Each table/seating area has been thoughtfully placed with social distancing and everyone’s safety carefully considered. . We’ve missed you. We can’t wait to see you enjoying cider and having a good time here on the orchard.

We must be mindful of everyone’s safety and wellness. These are the rules and expectations. Please also note that we are strictly following the cleaning and safety requirements provided for us to ensure your safety as well.

How many people can come?

  • Groups visiting together must remain at least six feet apart from other groups.  We have plenty of room. Remember:  Table seating is limited. It will be provided first-come, first-serve. Currently, we aren’t accepting reservations for spaces. â€‹

    • Bring your own chair and/or blanket, and a picnic

    • Consider grabbing a curbside pick-up order from one of our local restaurants or markets on your way here. I know they’d be thankful for your support.

How do we order our cider to enjoy it at the orchard?

We currently offer bottles, single cans, and by-the-glass cider including Showalter’s Sparkling Cider (non-alcoholic) in single-use plastic cups. We will not be refilling drinking vessels, at this time. We are permitted to fill growlers purchased here and clean growlers brought from home. Our checkout and ordering stations will be outside our tasting room doors. Please use the floor markings to guide social distancing in any line that may form.

What about face coverings?

Our team is required currently to wear masks while we are working at the cidery. Please wear yours when you will be near others outside your group. For example, when you are ordering your cider, visiting the restroom, or otherwise interacting with other folks or passing through any public areas.

Can I do a cider tasting?

Currently, we are not offering tastings. We will let you know as soon as that changes.

What about growlers?

We are happy to fill one of our un-used growlers or refill your growler from home with the cider of your choice that is being offered on draught in the tasting room.

Virginia Department of Alcoholic Beverage Control does not allow the opening and drinking of growlers, while you’re here.
